Eric Yap, FACHE
CEO (Interim)

Eric Yap is a highly qualified healthcare executive with extensive experience directing operations at all levels across various healthcare facilities, including hospitals, inpatient rehabilitation facilities, and long-term acute care organizations.  Eric held multiple clinical and operational leadership roles in acute care hospitals, overseeing various hospital departments. Clinically, he has experience in neurology, oncology, behavioral health, and rehabilitation nursing. Drawing on his tenure as a hospital CEO, he brings operational expertise to navigate the ever-changing healthcare landscape and strives to balance strategic decisions with financial responsibility and patient-centered leadership to drive rapid growth and achieve high-quality standards.

Eric received his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Nursing from Ohio State University. He is trained as an Adult Health Primary Care nurse practitioner and certified in Rehabilitation Nursing. He holds a Master's in Health Administration, is board-certified in Health Administration, and is a Fellow of the American College of Health Care Executives. In addition, he has earned his Doctorate in Business Administration from California Coast University.
